About your workshop leaders

Mr. Ferguson is a Senior Global Consultant in IBM providing pre-sales and post-sales implementation support on the Information Frame Work (IFW) and Telecommunications Data Warehouse assets (TDW). Mr Ferguson has worked for the past 15 years in the telco Industry and has developed extensive knowledge and practical experience while working with both Wireline and Wireless Service Providers across all geographies. Mr Ferguson has implemented numerous projects with Services Providers implementing Data Warehouses / Operational Data Store solutions based on the TDW. These DWH implementations have ranged in size from < 1TB to more than 30TD of raw data.

 

Paul Murphy is the Manager of Development Services in IBM's Financial Services Solution Centre. He has played a key role in the overall development of the full family of Telecommunications (TDW), Banking (IFW) and Insurance (IAA) business and design models and the complete data warehouse solutions based upon those models. Paul has been one of the IBM leaders in model-based development and customer data integration since the early 1990's. Before that, Paul was the Product Manager of the IBM Software Group Lab that was responsible for the development of major elements of IBM's Data Warehousing solutions.
